I have been a social worker for about three and a half years. It has been a very interesting journey to say the least. Regardless of the hardships I love what I do, and I am currently in the process of getting a masters degree in social work to further my career. I work directly with foster parents and therefore have a huge passion for recruiting foster parents, as well as retaining them and training them to care for traumatized children well.
